Savage Gear Sandeel Sinking Pencil Lures

Based off of a 3D scan of an actual sandeel, the Savage Gear Sandeel Pencil successfully imitates one of the most abundant inshore forage species that big game fish love to snack on. The slim, aerodynamic profile of the Sandeel Pencil makes it a phenomenal caster, allowing anglers to reach far away targets and cover large distances. When fished with a straight retrieve, the Sandeel Pencil exudes a seductive “S-Curve” action like that of an unsuspecting baitfish. When stopped, the lure flutters and rolls backwards as it sinks, triggering aggressive strikes from opportunistic predators. An internal rattle chamber sends out a loud clicking sound triggered by the lures action to draw attention to the lure from afar. Each lure is supplied with both a single hook and treble hook, with the option to add a treble hook to the belly as well.
